● Plan & coordinate team- building events, company meetings

● Engage in client servicing & subsequent follow-ups over the phone

● Support Manager and team in documentation of clients’ portfolios & preparation of business presentations

● Collate sales records & perform statistics analysis

● Learn new client acquisition strategies & hone soft skills beneficial for professional development

● Gain industry-specific knowledge in financial literacy & planning

Requirements:

● Currently undertaking a business-related discipline e.g. Banking & Finance, Management

● Strong interpersonal & communication skills

● Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task & prioritise work

● Well organised & meticulous in handling documents

● Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite

● Meticulous & a positive team player

● Good command of English, Mandarin verbal & written
