We are looking for an “EXCEPTIONAL” associate to join us. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing & operations team to understand the client business and execute the job scope. This involves recruitment of teachers, supporting our centres, Manage the programmes and arrange documents (policies and procedures) on a timely manner. Assist in developing project progress reports, updates, and brochures. Write compelling, effective and well-written proposals will be taught upon by directors. • Supporting email and administrative documents
• Be creative to improve on the enrichment programmes, curriculums or holiday programmes with our partner centres
• Possess the right knowledge, competency and ethics to support businesses in their projects and growth strategies
• Liaise with various stakeholders to perform its functions efficiently
• Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective clients
• Work closely with Sales team to experience full sales cycle including deal closing
• Deliver timely and professional solutions to company and clients, ensuring high level of consistency
• Embracing new processes and product initiatives
• Work internally and cross-functionally to deliver against customer centric services
• Review customers satisfaction and requirements regularly to tackle any issues upfront and in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
• Any Nationality
• Pre-Graduates/Polytechnic Diploma/ “A” Levels / “O” Levels
• Fluent in English language (Both spoken and written)
• Keen interest in Education and teaching
• Growth mindset
• Proficient microsoft words, excel
• Motivated individuals with good attitude and personality
• The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams is required
• People-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
