Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our operations, and are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us and propel our growth to the next level.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the product and business development teams to plan, design and implement our brand story through a series of integrated marketing campaigns. At the same time, the candidate can also derive key insights through interactions with our existing client portfolio, and contribute towards the evolution of our solution offerings and functionalities.

40% Crafting the story

  • Crafting a consistent brand story through collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase conversion and revenue
  • Create and develop a sound marketing plan with clear measurable indicators of success
  • Develop a strong brand identity for both product solutions that is relevant for targeted audience and clientele
  • Develop and maintain the brand guide, corporate website look and feel, and all associated collaterals to ensure consistency

40% Sharing the story

  • Create and develop clear business strategies to achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales goals
  • Oversee digital analytics/campaign tracking to monitor benchmarks, track success and refine campaigns for website, social media and content
  • Day-to-day management of all digital programmes and campaigns
  • To maintain a calendar of activity and content, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing activities
  • Spearhead and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns and events and outreach to target clientele

20% Client whisperer

  • Liaise effectively with existing clientele on account servicing queries and derive deep insights on how our products are perceived
  • Conduct immaculately designed research to define target markets and opportunities for our products

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should possess ...

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics and related tracking technologies (e.g. Facebook Pixel)
  • Savviness with the use of popular social media advertising platforms, e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube to drive ROI and business goals
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM for delivering digital content across multiple channels
  • Experience in digital media buying and remarketing tactics.
  • Ability to create and execute campaigns, and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Strong creative, analytical, communication and organization skills
  • Goal-driven with a customer and sales focus
  • Admirable interpersonal & communication skills
