Kitchen & Beverage Crew (Full-time)


Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen & Beverage Crew member to support daily food and drink operations. You will be responsible for preparing meals, beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation (Kitchen)

  • Prepare menu items
  • Assist in food preparation
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
  • Follow SOPs and recipes consistently
  • Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment

Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standards
  • Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of beverage station
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Operations & Hygiene

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, bar, and service areas
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Handle dishwashing and basic cleaning duties
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies

Customer Service

  • Take orders and serve customers when needed
  • Provide friendly and professional service
  • Handle basic customer inquiries

Team Support

  • Assist in opening and closing duties
  • Support other team members when required
  • Participate in stock checks and inventory management

Requirements

  • No experience required (training provided), F&B experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred (or willing to obtain certification)
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
