Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Prepare and track project documents, submissions, RFIs, delivery records, progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and logistics with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate installation schedules, site access, permits and manpower arrangements with subcontractors and site teams.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers and documentation, and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure required safety documentation is prepared and maintained.
• Compile testing records, warranty certificates, manuals and handover documents.
• Support variation quotations, progress claims and billing documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and follow up on site issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Project Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of project coordination experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or a related industry. 
• Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook)
