Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Support senior Regulatory personnel in researching and reviewing regulatory trends, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • To ensure regulatory compliance of product labeling, new product formulations and health and nutritional advertising
  • Write reviews, abstracts and summaries of findings
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of technical documentations
  • Create specialized toolkits and support materials for commercial clients
  • Creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Liaise with both internal and external regulatory stakeholders as per project requirements  
  • Presenting to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose best practices to the team


Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Life Science/ Nutrition or related discipline
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities concurrently
  • Able to communicate to senior client audiences well and creating effective MS Office and PowerPoint/Prezzie presentations
  • Organized, analytical, and results-orientated individual who enjoys a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Detailed oriented and able to handle regulatory information and submissions with high degree of accuracy
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese as needed to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
