Purpose of the Job
Support HR Business Partner in the area of HR responsibilities, including Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits etc for Volvo Construction Equipment in Asia Pacific Region.
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITES
Recruitment – organizing of interview schedules, liaison with stakeholders such as agencies, candidates, interviewers for interview arrangement
Engagement – involvement in the roll out of engagement survey, organizing action plan discussions, involve in the discussion and planning of engagement activities, follow-up on action plan
Compensation & Benefits – coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives
Training & Development
HR Data Management – create HR database for reporting and record purpose, coordination of HR data to create HR dashboard, data validation to ensure HR records are updated in SAP and HRIQ
HR projects – involvement in HR projects
Other ad-hoc HR support as required

Working Hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. Mon- Fri.
