Internship for : Undergrads in Universities/ A levels/ Diploma

Suitable for : Business/Finance/Economics/Banking/Real Estate or anyone with an interest in areas of mortgage banking

Internship Curriculum 

Start date & End date: Flexible 

1.) Understand what are the Roles of the bank of associations 

2) Understand how SIBOR rates are calculated 

3) Understand mathematical equations in the role of mortgage loan calculations including the SOR

4) Understanding charts and trends in mortgage banking

5) Understand differences between fixed and floating rates

6) Understand tools use in Corporate Banking 

7) Understanding corporate banking facilities

8) Understand corporate solutions used in businesses in areas of Finance

9) Understanding personal and corporate finance

In addition to having courses, candidates will shadow experienced industry practitioners and attend real time client presentation. Outstanding candidates will be able to attend networking sessions

Short term assignments are also available for those who are looking for temporary jobs during school vacations 

a) Tele Associates 

- Introduce and coordinate between companies for seminars/talks/Corporate solutions

- Plan and recommend suitable timings for dispatches to be sent

- Corresponding with internal clients

b) Events Planner 

- Draw events fabrications and set ups

- Prepare powerpoint slides for events planning

- Liaise with our clients and help our events director plan for suitable events
