Job Description


  • Develop and execute marketing communication initiatives
  • Work closely with landlords on local store marketing programmes and to develop strategies to strengthen collaborations with key strategic partners
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, promotional & public relation activities
  • Conceptualize and produce promotional materials, collaterals and premiums
  • Plan and manage e-marketing initiatives
  • Assist in areas of work such as advertising, promotion of products, production of marketing collateral and market research, as well as the day-to-day administration and support of Marketing, working with other departments/colleagues
  • Administer and ensure that the content on the website and social media sites are updated, accurate and organized
  • Assist in develop, execute of membership recruitment and retention campaigns to enhance the value of membership
  • Attend to members enquiries & complaints
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
  • Track & analyze competitors’ activities
  • Marketing planning, e-commerce execution & involvement in events


  • Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Effectively bilingual with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, resourceful, well organized and meticulous
  • Independent and a good team player
  • Able to multi-task and attend to last minute requests
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A savvy user of digital platforms (not limited to the world wide web, social media, e-marketing, mobile)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a MUST
