The scope of responsibilities for the Brand Comms Executive include:
Social Media
- Execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across
platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual, video and written content tailored to each
channel
Website
- Maintain and update website content, visuals, and functionality using CMS (e.g.
WordPress)
- Draft content and updates for the SPH Media corporate website in alignment with
our message house to build brand affinity
- Work closely with design and development teams to improve UX/UI and overall
website performance
The scope of responsibilities for the External Comms Executive include:
- Assist in the preparation of media materials such as, media factsheet, media release and media invites
- Consolidate media RSVPs for events
- Consolidate and edit media monitoring reports
