Job Description

Spencer Ogden is currently hiring a Recruitment Intern! In this internship you will get hands on experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating entry level candidates for the business. To be considered you must be currently enrolled in university, and able to work onsite in our office in Raffles Place. 

The intern will go through hands on training with the Talent Team. The ideal candidate is accountable and determined, as you will have autonomy in your day to day and contributing to hiring goals. As the face of the company, you must have a professional communication style. 

The main responsibilities of the intern are to assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

Below you will find responsibilities of our Talent Acquisition Specialist, which the intern will assist with and be assigned as reasonable. 

Job Duties 

  • Partner with Talent Program Manager to determine staffing needs 
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate staffing and recruiting professionals on a permanent basis 
  • Intuitively source and identify active and passive staffing and recruiting professionals through various sourcing engines and social media sites 
  • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidate qualifications and job requirements 
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates across multiple markets in APAC
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates 
  • Manages entry-level candidates sourced from targeted universities. 
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 full working days per week in the office
