The Strategic Planning Office is looking for an intern to support the business in Asia Pacific and Middle East
The objective of the internship can be summarized as “Give your best to enable business growth and expansion in our international business
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Support WREF in deploying new/changes to SOP and liaising with global team on the any new deployment or changes and access request to the respective systems.
- Ensure compliance of monthly reporting and monitoring of MM
- Support in preparation of regional reports and governance slides
- Track and monitor legal and government required licenses for facilities.
- Monitor KAI, RMS, OOR, CCM system and timely closure.
Others:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Progress
- Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work autonomously
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
- Challenges the status quo, innovative, ‘can do and improve’ attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications
