- Job Description
The Human Resource Function of Sodexo Singapore is looking for an energetic and self-motivated graduate student intern to streamline and set up processes for one of our sub function at HQ.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have good multitasking and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Drafting of Letters .
- Reaching out to Campus for Internship & Placements
- Recruitment co-ordination
- Personnel File Creating and Scanning
- Any other project or work assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Basic Understanding of HR documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent individual with self-motivated mentality
- Strong ownership of outcomes and takes pride in his/her work
- Meticulous with attention to detail
