The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Monitoring sales performance
• Closing sales deals
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• Fees collection and updates, sending reminder
• All sales and Business development related
• Admin related task
• Other Ad Hoc and related Job

• Excellent communication skills and selling ability highlight the needs of the customers
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Working knowledge of excel and use of google drive to keyin the customer info
