You will be responsible for :
- Developing a thorough understanding of the Company’s range of products, services and solutions.
- Developing a steady pipeline of leads through prospecting, cold calling, conducting market research and uncovering new growth opportunities in existing accounts.
- Working with cross-functional groups in developing solutions to fulfil customer’s requirements.
- Providing technical consultation and service to business prospects.
- Maintaining good customer relations by responding expediently to customer queries, scheduling regular calls and personal visits.
- Keeping up to speed with product developments and staying ahead of the competition.
- Keeping CRM system updated with lead progress and sales activities.
- Promoting Company’s products and increasing outreach by attending tradeshows and marketing events
- Achieving sales and marketing targets and objectives.
- You have at least a Diploma with 2 years of experience in a sales role
- You are a strong and effective communicator with the ability to present solutions that combine products & services.
- You are IT savvy, self driven, service oriented and enjoy being in a sales driven environment.
- You are flexible and forward-thinking with acute business sense.
