The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect new clients and distributors, to develop new projects.
  • Generate sales opportunities to fuel our pipeline (call, email, visits)
  • Create a CRM for prospects, clients.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Follow up on after-sales activities (e.g. query management…) to maximise sales.
  • Develop customer satisfaction survey.
  • Develop market strategies by researching list of high potential prospects.
  • Track key metrics such as sales pipeline and step by step sales forecasts.
  • Develop innovative solutions with engineering team.
  • Conduct market analysis: competitors, prices, legal and regulatory framework.
  • Prepare and present commercial pitches for client prospects and investors
  • Jointly with the Business Manager, manage and support exhibitions, development of marketing campaigns, etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and/or Management
  • 5 years of prior experience in Sales/Key accounts.
  • Knowledge on Water distribution or Food processing industries.
  • High interest in environmental challenges, able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high attention to detail.
  • Regional travel is required.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • 5 years’ experience minimum in a similar role
