The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in gathering requirements and analyzing system workflows and interfaces
• Ensure proper functional and technical documentation
• Provide support in investigating and resolving incidents, with timely status updates
• Monitor system performance, report performance status, and maximize resource utilization

Ideal Candidate

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• Work experience in banking
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
