The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Installing and maintaining ICT solutions in networking and contact centre settings.
• Conducting first level troubleshooting to resolve issues and escalating issues to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Supporting network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
• Assisting customers in patch updates, printing and submitting reports.
• Coordinating job requests and updating the project manager on all related project matters.

The Profile

• You have a Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in a related field.
• Fresh graduates in a related field are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• You have experience in IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment
• A good understanding and knowledge of Project Engineering/ Management (CAPM), Verint WFO, Genesys Products and Avaya/Extreme network products - including data switches, routers, firewalls and wireless is required for the role.
• Possessing CCNA and/or related vendor network certification will be advantageous
• You demonstrate expertise in analysing and solving complex technical network problems.
• You have effective communication skills with the ability to manage project stakeholders.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards.
