Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in new product development projects, including preparation work for launch and migration activities.
• Support testing cycles such as UAT and BVT to ensure quality delivery.
• Review test cases and functional specifications to confirm scope and alignment with business requirements.
• Assist with process documentation and SOP reviews for new features and functionalities.
• Contribute to governance documentation to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Support migration activities and readiness checks before and after implementation.
• Help resolve production issues related to digital channels.

Requirements

• Experience in banking or financial services, with knowledge of digital channels and migration processes.
• Familiarity with testing cycles, test case reviews, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of process documentation, governance, and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge (SQL, databases, or application systems) is an advantage.
