The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Performing general office and administrative duties, including answering phone calls, faxing, copying, scanning, processing Purchase orders, filling in databases, running errands, etc.
• Performing attendance and staff hygiene checks.
• Maintaining all Production files and records so as to ensure they are updated and easily accessible at all times.
• Creating and adding material and records to hardcopy files for record keeping purposes.
• Assisting in preparing inter-office memos and drafting of emails.
• Distributing incoming mails and preparing outgoing mails
• Supporting the QA department on Production line training and checking as well as Production Executive with regards to manpower arrangements.
• Ensuring adherence to company and government (e.g. AVA) requirements and standards.
• Complying and following good manufacturing practice in the workplace at all times.
• Ensuring that all tasked are performed safely and accurately, and the safety standards are adhered to and practiced at all times.

The Profile

• You have at least a Diploma in any field.
• Having experience in a Production related role will be advantageous.
• You are meticulous and have the ability to multi-task effectively
• You are able to work in a variable temperature environment.
• You are a strong team player who is able to liaise with various stakeholders
