The Employer

The Employer is a Singapore-based company that trades in cosmetics, skincare, haircare and other related products. With offices and warehouses in Hong Kong, UAE and Europe, the company is now expanding its footprint in several other markets in Europe, Africa, and North America. It is looking for a sales professional to join the team in Singapore as:

Position:            Sales Executive

Location:           Singapore (Central, Alexandra area)

Responsibilities 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining, building and updating Customer Database
• Generation of sales enquiries through email campaigns
• Contact customers and present the Company’s range products to them.
• Coordinate with the Sales Managers to arrange quotations
• Support in negotiation of quotations, terms and conditions
• Provide feedback on customers and gather market information

Requirements 

Ideal candidates will have:

• About 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar sales role preferred, but not compulsory
• Prior experience in perfumes, cosmetics or FMCG product sales preferred
• Ability to maintain and build customer databases
• Ability to manage email campaigns
• Good telephone and general conversation skills to deal with customers from all over the world
• Willingness to work in small, multi-ethnic team.
• Strong self-organization, time management and follow-up skills.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
