The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Managing a spectrum of finance-related activities that include financial accounting and reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, audit and tax matters
• Leading in finance transformation projects
• Handling the timely preparation of month-end closing reports and schedules
• Assisting in the review and development of accounting policies and processes
• Identifying & driving continuous improvement of finance processes

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year of experience within an AP Accountant, AR Accountant or Accountant (G/L) role
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise with required stakeholders
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are willing to be based in Cambodia
