The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Providing IT Support to office operations
• IT troubleshooting and responding to IT queries
• Performing software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
• Monitoring backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
• Troubleshooting equipment such as printers and scanners 
• Handling other ad hoc IT and Infrastructure duties as assigned

The Profile

• You have a Diploma in IT Network Systems & Security or equivalent
• You have a particular interest in the media industry in terms of Post-Production work would have an added advantage
• You are proficient and comfortable using both Windows and Mac software
• You are organised and reliable, with an excellent eye for detail
• You have the ability to troubleshoot IT problems independently 
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• You are a good team player.
