The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Answer front desk phone calls
• Attend to all customers issues and provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses, ensuring complete customers satisfaction on the social media platform
• Organize and schedule customers’ appointments
• Acknowledge and greet guests entering and leaving the facility.
• Basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier.
• Attending to customers' pre & post-consultation enquiries.
• Maintain tidiness of front desk.
• Monitor and manage inventory. Purchase retail stocks and salon-use stocks when necessary
• Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
• Performed regular follow-up on the customer to upkeep customer care.
• Always maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the salon.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
• Service-oriented and positive attitude
• Able to work during retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Required Skill(s): Fluent in English (Both written & spoken), Experience in Hair Scalp/ Hair Restoration will be an advantage
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
