The Job

• To plan & execute digital marketing strategies and to drive user engagement.
• Day-to-day management of The Assembly Place social media and other digital channels.
• Experience in copywriting for production of marketing collaterals and digital assets.
• Schedule and publish marketing activities & events on website, print collaterals, social media and other forms of communication channels.
• Manage customer feedback collected through social media and other channels.
• Coordinate and plan photoshoots of TAP Assets and filming for content creation.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to communicate and launch marketing campaigns and events.
• Handle marketing enquires and leads via emails, social media and any other method of communication.
• Experience in EDMs & knowledge on SEOs.
• Measuring and reporting metrics on a monthly basis to the business development.
• Measure the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.

Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of relevant working experience in the Property Management or advertising is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in managing social media and digital marketing is essential.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is preferred in developing effective communication materials.
• Quick Learner & ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
