The Job

1. Data Monitoring & Analysis:

• Continuously monitor data flows across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

2. System Integrity & Maintenance:

• Oversee the performance of data collection systems and databases.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.

3. Reporting & Insights:

• Generate periodic reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and anomalies.
• Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights derived from data monitoring.
• Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.

4. Compliance & Security:

• Ensure all data handling complies with internal policies and external regulations, including GDPR and other data protection standards.
• Work closely with the IT security team to identify and mitigate potential risks to data security.

5. Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance data processes and workflows.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding data-related queries or system issues.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in data monitoring, data analysis, or IT-related roles.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cloud platforms, and data integration tools.
