The Job
As a Customer Support & Operations Executive, you will be acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
- Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
- Conducting analysis and valuations of the product in order to make recommendations regarding investment strategy.
- Creating detailed reports and presentations for marketing purposes.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Account Manager, Analyst or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Financial Services and Internet industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
