The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attend to the walk in / call In customers.
• Customers Oriented.
• Approachable to customers.
• Understanding of POS System (Not Necessary as inhouse training will be given)

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the SPA & Wellness, Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
• Min N/ O/ ITE/ Diploma. All are welcome to apply.
• You have working knowledge of business support and customer service officer
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
