We are now looking to hire strong business developers to accelerate the growth of our client portfolio in Singapore.


The Job

This is a B2B sales & customer success role which involves selling our hiring solutions to senior decision makers within organisations in your area of focus (Tech, General Corporate or Financial Services). You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions and managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring that new customers are on-boarded successfully.
  • Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.
  • Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
  • Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience in Business Development (B2B) or Inside Sales within the SaaS industry. we will also consider people with Agency recruitment backgrounds who are strong "hunters".
  • You have an outstanding track record of success and thrive in high growth/startup environments.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You are strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
