The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for digital marketing projects.
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to derive insights and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align digital solutions with business goals and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements within marketing workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for the user experience of digital assets, including websites and apps.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by implementing data governance practices.
• Assess and recommend digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies, while monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate digital marketing performance.
• Drive sales objectives, achieve commercial budget and targets, and identify new sales opportunities by building client relationships.
• Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 3 years experience within an Analyst, ideally within the Consulting, Media, Digital Marketing and Other Services industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
