Job Description

We are looking for an independent individual to work in our Human Resources - APAC team. A Human Resources Intern adds most value by acting as the team backbone. This means carrying out a wide range of tasks that will contribute at a hands-on level in supporting the Human Resources function, and influence the success of the company.

Good Human Resources Interns are eager to learn and want to be part of the new experience in our Human Resources team by assisting in building out HR processes, policies and procedures internally as well as building culture of employee relations in APAC.

The Human Resources Intern will report to Director, Human Resources - APAC. This position is primarily based in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a fun and fast paced energetic environment with immense growth potential of mobile marketing.


THE ROLE

  • Assist in the recruitment process through screening and uploading of CV into internal talent database from external job application websites
  • Coordination of interviews through setting up and sending out interview invites
  • Contributes to universities recruiting initiatives (recruitment planning and merchandise preparation)
  • Research on HR related events (i.e. career events, staff bonding activities)
  • Support in execution of logistics for career and teambuilding events
  • Consolidate and compile training calendar of the year and assist in coordination of training
  • Coordination of onboarding and offboarding schedules, including new employee’s orientation
  • Maintain and update company organization chart, employee photos and contact list with high accuracy
  • Assist in office administration including maintenance travel calendars, vacation and sick records with high accuracy, visa requests booking and maintaining the office cleanliness, maintenance and supplies
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor in Human Resources or related equivalent practical experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office
