Business and Marketing support for RMs
- Prepare briefing memos / help preparing pitch books. Gather all relevant data from internal and external sources to develop pitching documents (industry data, financial elements, etc.)
- Assist in preparing term sheets and other documentation for external counterparties
- Administrative matters such as KYC / on-boarding of clients / sending documents (account opening docs) to clients, manage the referral accounts
- Documentation: To send documentation to Legal for review and to help clean up the document following discussion before sending it to Client
- Support the RMs in driving specific projects (as and when assigned)
Risk
- Credit Process: help to obtain Financials Statements and send queries to Client for renewal of files. Co-ordinate with the region on the renewal of the group files
- Assist the RMs / credit analysts on approvals
- Proactively monitor with the RMs, anticipating and broadcasting risk deterioration across portfolio and undertake regular risk reviews and ensure annual reviews are done in due time
Job Requirements
- Min. Undergrads / Degree
- Prior banking experience preferred
- Training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be able to start work IMMEDIATELY or within short notice
