Coordinate user feedback categorization, review analytics logging, and assist product teams in tracking application satisfaction metrics. Comprehensive training provided. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Leave Entitlement: 14 days Annual + 14 days Medical
Performance Reviews: Biannual Reviews (Twice a year)
Experience Requirement: None (Full Training Provided)

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor app reviews and user feedback across all platforms.
• Categorise feedback: bugs, features, usability, sentiment, etc.
• Identify trends and recurring issues.
• Prepare summary reports for our clients.
• Conduct scenario-based app testing (both iOS & Android).
• Coordinate weekly meetings with project development teams.

Note: For part-timers, the hourly rate starts at $20/h, we have a minimum of 12 hours per week.
