Customer Service Officer (Logistics) (Night Shift) (Boon Lay)

Job information

  • Working location: 38 Jalan Buroh, Level 7, Hankyu Hanshin Logistics Centre, Singapore 619504 (Boon Lay)
  • Monthly salary range (subject to qualification and experience): SGD1900-2200
  • Allowance - Monthly $100 Transport. Daily shift AM $10 / PM $20 (AM shift allowance applies before 8am, PM shift half if half day)
  • Overtime - claimable, cap at 72hrs per month
  • Permanent night shift
  • Working hours – 5.5 days week / 44 hours (Mondays to Saturdays - 7.30pm – 7am)

Working hours may subject to change in view of operation needs.

First 2 months in day shift for training alternate week 7.30am–4.30pm and 10am–7.00pm.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, Order Processing, Delivery Orders and Delivery Summary
  • Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call
  • Check GRN (Good Received Notice)
  • Do closing for all D/O
  • Prepare & Perform Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Reports
  • Manage trucking container / shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight Team (Skylift Consolidator)
  • Daily filling
  • Update attendance report
  • Pull out necessary documents for discrepancy report when required by management
  • Any job assigned by superior / manager

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

  • must possess at least a Secondary School/"N" Level/ Higher academic in any field
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate
  • minimum 1 year in logistic line
  • Attributes: Sincere, courteous personality and willing to learn attitude. Able to work in fast-paced environment
