Job Description

Provide Administrative Support to Sea Export Operations including printing of documents & arranging of courier

Excel Data entry for shipment visibility for the clientProcessing day to day billing of client specific export shipments

Generate report of non billing per month

Scanning of documents into client’s portal

Checking of permit accuracy

Data House keeping & filing

Learn in-house system (CargoWise One/EDI) and perform data entry if required

Other task as and when assign

5.5 workweek (alternate Saturday after confirmation)

Qualifications

  • With or without relevant experience
  • Knowledge of incoterms (Preferred)
  • Good computer skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Fast learner & committed worker (On the Job training will be provided)
  • Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Teamwork
  • Those who are not looking for career progression as we need stability for the backend team.
