Finexis Advisory Pte Ltd – Receptionist

• Provide customer experience when handling all phone calls and enquiries
• Provide welcoming and pleasant service to guests while they are at the holding area
• Provide a hospitable and warm frontage as the first face of finexis
• Handle daily courier and deliveries
• To monitor and manage the meeting and training rooms booking and ensure the rooms are allocated efficiently
• To in charge of reception and café area
• Provide general administrative support to the team/manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels Holder
• Bright, energetic, driven individual
• Responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have relevant experience with being receptionist or front desk personnel
• Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously (i.e. phone system and room booking system)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word and Excel
