Singapore Space and Technology Ltd – Events Intern

The Singapore Space and Technology Ltd (SSTL) focuses on developing Singapore’s Space and related high technology industries. As an active member of the Space industry, we spearhead major trade and business-focused initiatives targeted at advancing the space ecosystem, host global meets and organise education and outreach programmes that support the discovery and exploration of space-related activities.

• Availability from June 2020 till March 2021

• Carry out the execution for large corporate events, tradeshows and smaller special events.

• Be equipped with knowledge on audio-visual production, collateral design, creation and procurement, logistics, budgeting, negotiation and client service.

• Responsible for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of events, including leads and other metrics

• Establish staffing requirements, obtain approvals and recruit employees to staff all

• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

• Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events

• Programmes management

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially excel and powerpoint

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. wordpress and social media marketing)

• Passion for events management and its best practices
