Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the Red Cross Youth department in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the programmes and activities conducted primarily at Youth Hub @ Campsite (62 Jalan Khairuddin Singapore 457524) or external roadshows.

 

Principal Responsibilities

1. Humanitarian Trail (60%)

a. Support the planning, development, and production of Red Cross Youth corporate video to showcase the Humanitarian Trail Activity Stations.

b. Assist with the facilitation of Humanitarian Trail Activity Stations in the absence of sufficient manpower.

c. Assist RCY Staff-in-charge with the scheduling of volunteer facilitator training sessions to increase the available pool of volunteer facilitators for Humanitarian Trail.

d. Assist RCY Staff-in-charge with deployment scheduling and coordination of volunteer facilitators for the conduct of Humanitarian Trail Activity Stations.

e. Assist RCY Staff-in-charge with the planning of engagement sessions to provide updates in case of content refinement or to strengthen camaraderie amongst the volunteer facilitators.

2. Campsite Asset Management (25%)

a. Assist RCY Staff-in-charge with the setup and upkeep of Humanitarian Trail Activity Stations.

b. Assist RCY Staff-in-charge with inventory management of fixed assets, stationeries, logistics and collateral consumables stored at the Campsite.

3. Administrative Support (15%)

a. Provide administrative (i.e. status report generation) and logistics support for the projects outlined above such as tracking of volunteer attendance.

b. Support RCY Staff-in-charge and volunteer Comms & Media Head with content creation and scheduling of periodic Social Media posts on RCY social media platforms.

c. Undertake any other duties and assignments as assigned by the Section Head / HOD.
