We are looking for a candidate to provide general administration and accounting work for the Finance department in the Law Society. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate within a team and engage with professionals in the finance field.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with accounting data entry and analysis.
- Supporting the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Collaborating with team members on various financial projects. (Eg. Update of Standard Operating Procedures / Chart of Accounts).
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assisting with annual audit.
- Assist CFO on projects / assignment(s), with supervising manager(s)
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting, as well as the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma / GCE "A" Level, in Accounting or Business
- MS Office (knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Power point)
- Fast learner in computer systems
- Detail-oriented and teamwork oriented
- Able to commence work immediately
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.45 pm
- Fresh graduates can also apply
