Clinic Assistant (East Coast)

Job Purpose

• Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of clinics to maintain optimal operating function

Job Requirement

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Updating of medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
• Providing high quality patient care service experience
