Job Description

• Preparing and serving of beverages to customers according to company guidelines
• Learn about store offerings to answer customers’ queries
• Constantly open to learn about different brewing methods, blends and knowledge to improve
• Perform efficiently cafe operations (opening/service/cashiering/closing) and related processes with the team
• Knowledge in tea and other beverages would be an advantage
• Look for ways to up-sell and add value to guests’ experience
• Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised bar area
