Our Client is a homegrown bistro-bar where they provide a place for people to chill and enjoy good food in these turbulent time. We are looking for a fun, responsible, active barista who can provide interesting drinks and also collect money.
- Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operates in the front-of-house operations to take orders and ring sales order into the cash register. Prepares blended and cold drinks according to the company's drink recipes and procedures.
- Prepares coffee as per customer's orders.
- Sells and serves food items to customers.
- Manage customers' queries over the counter
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Preferably with barista experience
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to prepare beverages with good speed
- Teamwork and ability to upsell Bistro-bar products
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices
