Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shortlist potential candidates for initial interviews from the resume database.
- Participate in job fairs.
- Arrange for potential candidates for second interviews for hiring managers.
- Perform reference check on candidates.
- Arrange candidates for entry examinations and training
- Documentation of files of hired candidates
- Conduct of new hire orientation
Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least A Level or Diploma qualification
- Applicants must have above average oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful and confident
- Independent
- Previous HR experience added advantage
- Result orientated and can handle pressure well
