- Develop and implement training content and materials
- Be creative in training approaches with an emphasis on activity-based learning
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Support team in creating engaging learning activities and course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer
- Assist in planning and execution of learning programs
- Support in administration and coordination of internal training programs and other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager
- Gain exposure in delivering soft skills training (Motivation, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, etc)
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management

- Looking to embark on a career as a training professional
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
