Job Description

 

  • Develop and implement training content and materials
  • Be creative in training approaches with an emphasis on activity-based learning
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
  • Support team in creating engaging learning activities and course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer
  • Assist in planning and execution of learning programs
  • Support in administration and coordination of internal training programs and other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager
  • Gain exposure in delivering soft skills training (Motivation, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, etc)

Requirements:

  • Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, and is an efficient multitasker
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management
  • Facilitation and presentation impact with the ability to capture attention and influence audiences
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Enjoy learning and experimenting to leverage technologies to enhance training and learning
  • Looking to embark on a career as a training professional
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
