Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food retails a range of Singaporean sauces and crackers based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. 

It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka & Sambal Hijau), Ginger Garlic Sauce, and ready-to-cook marinade (Singapore Meat Marinade). The range of crackers features prawn crackers (Keropok) and bitternut crackers (Emping) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces. The latest addition is her grandma’s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry. 

Nature of business: an office focusing on e-commerce. We pick, pack and supply to Redmart, Fairpice and Amazon daily or weekly. We warehouse, label, pack and send goods from here; also managed our own branding and digital marketing. 

Our aim: is a streamlined focused approach: pack-and-send. Rest of our time is spent on managing our online platforms, growing the brand and having a digital presence through partnerships and content creation.

Job Duties: 

- eCommerce Platforms: update & maintain listings on Amazon. sg, shermay.com, Redmart.com, Tangs.com, FairPrice.com.sg, GrabMart, Foodpanda, OpenTaste, etc.

- eCommerce Fulfillment: pack, send and invoice orders for B2B and B2C.

- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: create images and text to post on social media.

- Activation and Marketing: launch new products, execute marketing plan.

- Inventory Management.

- Product/Label Design.

- Misc Admin.
