Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives, events, and platforms that foster collaboration across the deep tech ecosystem
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technology trends and ecosystem opportunities
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including outreach, communications, and relationship management with industry leaders, innovators, investors, and researchers
- Support programmes and initiatives by assisting with onboarding companies into the ecosystem.
- Coordinate logistics and operations for curated events and platforms, ensuring seamless execution and strong participant engagement
- Track project progress, gather feedback, and help prepare reports and presentations on initiative outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of strategic projects
Requirements:
- Strong interest in innovation, technology, and ecosystem building
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Prior experience in event management, research, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
