SgFitFam provides a holistic approach to fitness by providing a customizable personal training program to our clients and also group exercise instructors to corporate/events.
Work with a close knitted team to help grow SgFitFam and to promote health & well-being to the public through SgFitFam's personal training & group class services.
Main duties which includes but not limited to:
-Communicate & Liase between clients & instructors
-Scheduling of project/assignments
Administrative duties per project which includes but not limited to:
-Checking of emails & handling inquiries
-Filing & Accounting
-Prepare payroll
-Prepare quotations & Invoices
-Manage Online booking system
Requirements
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Willingness to learn
-PROACTIVE
