ORD Personnel matriculating into Law schools welcome
During this internship, candidates will be exposed and introduced to these legal instruments:
a) Wills
b) Trusts
c) Lasting Power of Attorney
d) Commercial Agreements
e) Advance Medical Directives
f) Estate Distribution
Candidates shall assist our in house lawyers to interview clients who are keen to draft their wills with our lawyers. You shall understand on the clients assets, liabilities, Investments, and overseas portfolio and assist our lawyers in the drafting process.
You will also be tasked to prepare slides and other materials for our lawyers who give talks and seminars regularly to various companies and corporations
This internship is suitable for ORD personnel who are matriculating into Law schools in 2019
