Servlink Technology Resources Pte Ltd incorporated in year 1998. We are the Master Parts Reseller for brand like HP and Lenovo and provides end user support to corporate customer.

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Team including; prepare quotations; manages sales cycle from order processing to fulfillment and ensure prompt response to customers and vendors.
• Handle phone/email enquiries and the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipment from vendors and to customers.
• Handle customer returns and issues from vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales and PO data.
• Liaising with other departments to facilitate daily work requirement.
• Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed
