Sales Support Associate [ Internship / Full-time ]
We are looking for a front facing Sales Support Associate that is outgoing, enthusiastic and conversationally fluid. If you love speaking and meeting with new people along with solving problems, then we've got an offer for you!
Compensation: $900 - $1,200 + Comms ( ESOP performance basis )
Job Description
- Providing support and resolution to existing and new clients
- Cold calling new leads to close deals
- Site survey for clients
- Liaising with key stake holder for projects
- Optimizing existing processes
- Daily administrative tasks
Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 Years experience in Sales, Customer Support or Operations
Education:
- Polytechnic diploma or equivalent in Business, Communications, or Engineering
- Undergraduate in Business, Social Sciences or Engineering
Key Skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with CMS
- Working understanding of sales processes
- Knowledge on marketing
Additional Requirements (Not necessary but advantageous)
- Knowledge and experience in the home services industry
- Fluent in a mother tounge
